Description
The CoHub Corporate Printing Package covers business cards, letterheads, envelopes, notepads and presentation folders produced as one project for UAE companies, matched on paper stock, colour and finish. It suits office managers and marketing teams in Dubai, Abu Dhabi and Sharjah opening or rebranding an office. CoHub supplies it, arranged through licensed printing providers, sold per project with delivery across the UAE.
A corporate print package is every printed item your company hands to someone in person, produced as one job so paper stock, colour and finish match. Business cards, A4 letterheads, DL envelopes, compliment slips, notepads and presentation folders. The specs that decide the outcome are weight (cards usually run 300-400gsm, letterheads 100-120gsm), finish (matt or gloss lamination, spot UV, foil), trim size, and method: digital for short runs, offset once quantities climb. Artwork should arrive as print-ready PDF, CMYK, 300dpi, fonts outlined, 3mm bleed.
Buyers are office managers and marketing coordinators opening a branch, rebranding after a trade licence change, or restocking before an exhibition. A typical job: a 14-person consultancy in JLT orders 100 cards per person in Arabic and English, 1,000 letterheads and 500 envelopes carrying the new licence name. Bilingual layouts need right-to-left typesetting and an Arabic font licensed for print, so raise it when you brief the job.
CoHub is the merchant of record. We buy production from vetted printers, arranged through licensed providers, and resell under our own name, so you deal with one supplier. CoHub holds a General Trading licence and does not print in-house. Sold per project, minimum one project, with volume tiers lowering the unit price as run lengths rise. A sales expert reviews and prices every job before confirmation, and you approve a proforma invoice and a proof before production. Payment is cash on delivery, and your UAE Tax Invoice showing 5% VAT separately is issued once the order is paid and packed. Delivery across the UAE.

Buyer questions about this item
Can I order only business cards, or must the package include everything?
Order any part of it. The package exists so cards, letterheads and envelopes come off the same stock and colour setup, but a single item is a valid project. Most buyers start with cards and folders, then add letterheads at the next run. Tell the sales desk which items and quantities you want and you get one quotation covering the lot.
What artwork do you need, and what if we only have a logo?
Send a print-ready PDF in CMYK at 300dpi, fonts outlined, with 3mm bleed on every edge. If all you hold is a logo file, artwork setup can be arranged and priced into the project, so send the highest-resolution version you have, ideally vector. You approve a proof before anything goes on press, so spelling, phone numbers and the trade licence name get a final check.
How do bilingual Arabic and English cards work?
Usually English on one face and Arabic on the other, or a split layout on a single face. Arabic needs right-to-left typesetting and a font licensed for commercial print, which costs setup time rather than press time. Name transliteration is your call, so approve it on the proof: a card reprinted for one wrong letter is a full reprint, not a correction.
What paperwork comes with the order and when do we pay?
A proforma invoice comes first, then a proof to sign off. Payment is cash on delivery. Your UAE Tax Invoice, showing 5% VAT separately from the net amount, is issued once the order is paid and packed, not at checkout. Give the sales desk your company TRN when you brief the job so it appears on that invoice.
Does the price per card drop if we print more at once?
Yes. Volume tiers lower the unit price as the run length rises, and past a certain quantity the job moves from digital to offset, where most of the cost sits in setup rather than in each sheet. Ask the sales desk to quote two quantities side by side: printing a year of letterheads in one run usually costs less than three separate runs.
