Commercial & Industrial Rooftop Solar

Rooftop PV sized against your actual load profile, not against the square metres available. CoHub supplies the modules, inverters, mounting and balance of system, and carries the project as a single supply contract; the design is issued by a licensed consultant and the installation and grid connection are executed by our utility-enrolled contracting partner. The result is a plant that offsets daytime consumption where your tariff is highest, with a documented handover pack you can hand to a lender, an insurer or a landlord.

Utility-Scale & Ground-Mount Solar Farms

Ground-mounted plants for industrial estates, free-zone land, mining and quarry operations, agricultural holdings and private generation behind a large meter. CoHub assembles and supplies the full bill of materials — modules, central or string inverters, fixed-tilt or tracker structures, DC and MV cabling, transformers, SCADA — clears it into the UAE, and manages the programme against the milestone dates. Geotechnical work, stamped design, civil and electrical construction and the grid interface are executed by licensed contracting and consultancy partners under our project management.

Solar Carports & Car-Park Canopies

A car park is the one piece of land a UAE facility already owns and does not use. A solar canopy converts it into shaded parking, daytime generation and the electrical backbone for EV charging, all in one structure. CoHub supplies the steel, modules, inverters and electrical package and carries the project as a single supply contract; the structural and electrical design is issued by a licensed consultant, and civil works, erection and grid connection are executed by licensed contracting partners under our project management.

Battery Energy Storage (BESS)

Storage is only worth buying when it has a named job: shaving a demand peak, holding a process through a voltage dip, storing surplus solar for an evening load, or replacing a diesel set as the site's backup. CoHub supplies the battery system, the power-conversion equipment, the switchgear and the controls, and manages the delivery programme including Civil Defence and utility interfaces. Design, installation, protection settings and commissioning are performed by licensed contracting and consultancy partners under CoHub's project management.

Hybrid & Off-Grid Power Systems

Where there is no grid, or the grid is far enough away that a connection costs more than generating on site, a PV-plus-storage-plus-generator hybrid is usually the lowest-cost answer. CoHub supplies the PV array, the bidirectional inverters, the battery bank, the controller and the generator interface, clears it into the UAE and manages installation and commissioning through licensed contracting partners, delivering a system that runs unattended and reports its fuel savings in numbers you can audit.

Solar Water Pumping & Irrigation

Solar pumping suits agriculture because the resource and the demand coincide: irradiance peaks when evapotranspiration peaks. CoHub supplies the array, the solar pump drive or dedicated pump inverter, the pump set, the protection and the mounting, and manages the installation through licensed partners. Systems are specified around the well and the reservoir rather than around a catalogue, because the numbers that matter are dynamic head, drawdown and daily cubic metres, not the kilowatt rating on a nameplate.

Solar Street & Area Lighting

All-in-one and split solar lighting for compounds, internal roads, car parks, labour accommodation, parks and perimeters. The commercial case is rarely the electricity: it is avoiding the trenching, cabling, ducting and metered connection that conventional lighting needs. CoHub supplies the luminaires, poles, batteries and controls as a specified package with the photometric layout behind it, handles UAE customs clearance, and delivers installation through licensed partners where a civil or electrical scope is involved.

Solar-Backed EV Charging

Charging infrastructure for fleets, staff car parks, facilities and hospitality sites, backed by on-site solar and, where the duty demands it, storage. The engineering problem is rarely the charger; it is the incoming supply, the load management and the civil works. CoHub supplies the chargers, the solar and the electrical package and manages the delivery programme, while design, installation, utility notification and commissioning are performed by licensed, utility-enrolled contracting and consultancy partners.
