How many cups do I get from a 1kg bag?
It depends on your dose, not the bag. At a 7g single shot one kilo gives roughly 140 cups; a bean-to-cup machine set to 9 or 10 grams gives around 100 to 110, and a double-shot setting roughly halves the figure again. Check the dose setting on your machine before you calculate a monthly order, then round up by one bag.
Can we get it ground instead of whole bean?
Tell the sales desk which machine you are filling and they will confirm how the batch in stock can be supplied. Whole beans hold their aroma much longer, so grind on site if you have a grinder. If you only run a filter or drip brewer, ask for the grind that matches it; coffee ground too fine will choke a filter basket.
How should we store coffee in UAE heat?
Keep bags sealed, indoors and air-conditioned, away from ovens, windows and any storeroom wall that backs onto the sun. Do not refrigerate an opened bag, because condensation dulls the aroma. A normal pantry cupboard is fine. Order six to eight weeks of use at a time so nothing sits long enough to go flat and oily.
Can we order fewer than 6 bags?
Six bags is the minimum on this line. If you need less than that, ask the sales desk to build the coffee into a wider pantry order alongside water, cups, sugar or tea, which is how most small offices handle it. Above the minimum, volume tiers lower the unit price as bag count rises, so a quarterly order usually beats monthly top-ups.
What paperwork comes with the order?
A proforma invoice comes first, showing the reviewed price and 5% VAT separately from the ex-VAT price on the page. You pay cash on delivery. The UAE Tax Invoice carrying your TRN is issued once the order is paid and packed, not at checkout. Send your TRN with the order so the invoice is correct the first time.
