What does Class 2 mean, and is it enough for my site?
Class 2 sets minimum areas of fluorescent fabric and retroreflective tape, which is why the tape runs over the shoulders as well as around the body. It is the usual choice for site, yard and logistics work. Crews on high-speed roads or working in heavy dust and rain are often specified to the higher class, so check your project HSE plan before ordering.
Mesh or solid polyester for a UAE summer?
Mesh for outdoor crews in summer: the open knit lets sweat evaporate and it dries faster after a wash. Solid polyester survives more abuse, holds screen printing better and looks cleaner on client-facing staff such as valet and events teams. Many buyers order mesh for the field and solid for the gate and reception in the same delivery.
Can we print our company name on the back?

One technical point matters more than the price: print placed over retroreflective tape or across the fluorescent background reduces the area that earns the class rating. Keep artwork inside the plain panels, usually the upper back between the bands, and confirm placement before the run.
How do I wash the vests without ruining the reflectivity?
Follow the care label, which states a maximum number of wash cycles for the garment. Both the fluorescent colour and the tape fade with washing and with UV. Wash separately from heavily soiled workwear, skip bleach and fabric softener, and keep the temperature low. A vest that has gone pale or has tape lifting at the edges should be retired.
Can I buy fewer than 50, and can I mix sizes and colours?
