Description
Hi-Vis Safety Vests Class 2 from CoHub.co come in packs of 50, with fluorescent background fabric and retroreflective bands across the torso and shoulders. They suit UAE construction, road, logistics, valet and events crews working in low light or around moving plant. CoHub supplies them across the UAE from one pack, cash on delivery.
Class 2 hi-vis vests, packed 50 to a pack. Class 2 is the middle tier in both the EN ISO 20471 and ANSI/ISEA 107 families, and in each case it sets a minimum area of fluorescent background fabric plus a minimum area of retroreflective tape, which is why a class 2 vest carries bands over the shoulders as well as around the torso. The two standards define the class differently, so read the garment label rather than assuming one covers the other.
Contractors, road and utility crews, warehouse teams, valet and events staff all buy vests by the pack, because vests get lost, torn and handed to visitors. Summer scheduling pushes outdoor work into early morning and late afternoon, when low sun and dusk leave the retroreflective tape doing most of the work rather than the fluorescent colour. A yard in Jebel Ali issuing vests to 45 pickers plus visitors takes one pack and keeps the balance at the gate office.
One pack is 50 vests and the minimum order is one pack, with the unit price stepping down through the volume tiers shown on this page. A sales expert reviews and prices every order before it is confirmed, so state colour, fabric and size split at that point. Payment is cash on delivery. A proforma comes first, and the UAE Tax Invoice with 5% VAT shown separately is issued once the order is paid and packed. Delivery across the UAE, same-week on stocked lines, with same-day options in Dubai.

Buyer questions about this item
What does Class 2 mean, and is it enough for my site?
Class 2 sets minimum areas of fluorescent fabric and retroreflective tape, which is why the tape runs over the shoulders as well as around the body. It is the usual choice for site, yard and logistics work. Crews on high-speed roads or working in heavy dust and rain are often specified to the higher class, so check your project HSE plan before ordering.
Mesh or solid polyester for a UAE summer?
Mesh for outdoor crews in summer: the open knit lets sweat evaporate and it dries faster after a wash. Solid polyester survives more abuse, holds screen printing better and looks cleaner on client-facing staff such as valet and events teams. Many buyers order mesh for the field and solid for the gate and reception in the same delivery.
Can we print our company name on the back?
Ask the sales desk; printing is arranged through licensed providers rather than done by CoHub. One technical point matters more than the price: print placed over retroreflective tape or across the fluorescent background reduces the area that earns the class rating. Keep artwork inside the plain panels, usually the upper back between the bands, and confirm placement before the run.
How do I wash the vests without ruining the reflectivity?
Follow the care label, which states a maximum number of wash cycles for the garment. Both the fluorescent colour and the tape fade with washing and with UV. Wash separately from heavily soiled workwear, skip bleach and fabric softener, and keep the temperature low. A vest that has gone pale or has tape lifting at the edges should be retired.
Can I buy fewer than 50, and can I mix sizes and colours?
The minimum is one pack of 50, so smaller quantities are not sold on this line. Within a pack you can usually ask for a size split and, depending on stock that week, a colour split as well. Send the breakdown you want with your request and the sales desk confirms availability before pricing the order.
