Array does not publish warranty text on its current website, and a widely indexed shorter-term document that circulates online applies to a residential tracker product rather than to utility-scale supply, so the terms must be taken from the project contract.
Array Technologies has built solar trackers since 1989 and has delivered on the order of a hundred gigawatts across more than thirty countries. Its signature design uses a linked, centrally driven row architecture rather than a motor per row, which concentrates the moving parts and the maintenance into fewer places. It also offers a terrain-following product for undulating ground and a tracker control software suite that handles backtracking and weather-triggered stow.
Why it gets specified

On a UAE project
A single-axis tracker is worth considering on a UAE ground-mount site for the shape of the generation curve, not just the annual total — tracking pushes output into the late afternoon and early evening, which is precisely when Emirati demand peaks and when a fixed-tilt array is already falling away. What decides whether that is a good trade here is dust and wind, not sun: a tracker adds bearings, drives and controls to a site where fine airborne dust is constant, so the relevant comparison is drive units per megawatt and the accessibility of the service points, which is where a linked-row architecture argues for itself. Wind stow strategy has to be agreed in the design, because a shamal is a routine event rather than a design edge case. Be straight with a UAE client on the commercial position: Array publishes no Gulf office and no verified Gulf project references, though it has a Saudi local-manufacturing partnership and has targeted its newest product line at the Middle East — so service coverage is a contractual question to settle before an order.
