We Supply Your Business

Electronics & Appliances

CoHub is a commercial appliances supplier in the UAE for the equipment that keeps an office, a pantry and a meeting room working: microwaves, water dispensers, fridges and other breakroom appliances, air conditioning and cooling, commercial displays and TVs, conferencing and AV equipment, business phones and tablets, and power protection including UPS units and batteries. Facilities managers, office managers and IT leads order these lines during a fit-out, an office move, or after a summer failure exposes a gap. Products listed now include a Samsung 25L microwave, an LG 55 inch 4K commercial display and an APC Back-UPS 1500VA. Prices appear in AED and exclude the 5% VAT, which is shown on its own line. Payment is cash on delivery, and the UAE Tax Invoice is issued once the order is paid and packed.

How to order and what to specify

Size the load before you choose the model. A UPS is rated in VA and in watts, and watts is the figure your equipment actually draws; a 1500VA unit is typically used to carry a few workstations or a small network rack through a short outage and a clean shutdown, not to run a floor for an hour. Check outlet count and socket type too, because UK 3-pin and IEC outputs are not interchangeable. Commercial displays are built for long daily operating hours and portrait mounting in a way a home TV is not, so check the rated hours and the VESA pattern against your bracket. For pantry appliances, match capacity in litres to headcount and confirm the power draw against the circuit.

The trap is what is not in the carton: displays often ship without a stand or bracket, UPS replacement battery cartridges are a separate line, and AV kits rarely include the cable run. Send a room-by-room list to the sales desk for a quotation with the volume tiers applied.

Why buy this category from CoHub

Expert-checked quotations

A sales expert reviews the basket before confirmation, so a UPS that is undersized for the rack you described is flagged rather than shipped. Volume tiers bring the unit price down as the quantity on the order rises.

Pay on delivery

Orders are settled cash on delivery. You get a proforma invoice up front for internal approval, then the bilingual UAE Tax Invoice with our TRN once the order has been paid and packed, never before.

Licensed install partners

Wall mounting, AC installation and AV wiring are arranged through licensed providers. CoHub trades under a General Trading licence and supplies the hardware, while the licensed work is carried out by the provider we arrange it with.

Fit-out in one order

A pantry microwave, a meeting-room display, tablets and a UPS can sit on one order with one delivery across the emirates, same week on stocked lines and same-day options in Dubai.

Frequently asked questions

Is there a minimum order for appliances and displays?

Minimum order quantity is listed per product, and for larger items such as a 55 inch commercial display or a 1500VA UPS it is usually low, because these are bought by the room rather than by the pallet. Batteries, cables and small accessories are pack-based. If you need single units of several lines, put them in one basket and ask the sales desk to price it together.

How is VAT handled and when is the tax invoice issued?

Storefront prices exclude VAT; the 5% is shown separately so the net and tax amounts are both visible before you commit. You first receive a proforma invoice, which most finance teams use to raise an internal approval or a purchase order. The UAE Tax Invoice in English and Arabic follows once the order has been paid and packed, not at the checkout step.

Do you deliver large appliances and displays to site?

Yes, we deliver across the UAE, including Abu Dhabi, Sharjah, Ras Al Khaimah and Fujairah. Stocked lines generally move within the same week, with same-day options in Dubai. Large or fragile items such as a 55 inch panel need someone on site to receive and inspect them, so share building access, lift availability and receiving hours when you order.

What is a 1500VA UPS typically used for?

A 1500VA unit is commonly used to hold up a small set of workstations, a point-of-sale station or a compact network rack through a short power cut so systems shut down cleanly. Runtime depends on the actual watt load rather than the VA figure, so list the devices you intend to connect and ask the sales desk to check the sizing before you order.

Can I use a normal TV instead of a commercial display?

Commercial displays are designed for long daily operating hours, continuous signage use and portrait mounting, while a consumer TV is designed for shorter household viewing. If the screen runs all day in a reception, a meeting room or a shop window, check the rated operating hours, the input set and the VESA pattern on the model, and confirm the specification of the exact batch with the sales desk.

Do you install the equipment or handle warranty claims?

Installation, wall mounting, AC works and AV cabling are arranged through licensed providers, since CoHub holds a General Trading licence and does not perform licensed work itself. Warranty coverage comes from the brand and varies by model and batch, so ask the sales desk to confirm the terms that apply to the units in your order before you place it.
