How to order and what to specify
Start with the brewing method, not the bag. Whole Arabica beans need a grinder on site; ground coffee suits filter machines and moka pots, and the grind has to match the machine or you get weak coffee and wet grounds. Cups are the second decision: 8oz single-wall is a water and tea cup, 12oz double-wall suits hot machine coffee, and lids are a separate line sized to the cup rim, so order them together.
The pack-size trap in this category is the selling unit. Paper cups are priced per case of 1000, not per sleeve of 50. Bottled water is priced per shrink of 24 x 500ml, not per bottle. Most pantry lines start at one case or one shrink. If your basket sits under a line's minimum, send it to the sales desk and we will tell you what is workable.
Do prices include VAT, and when is the tax invoice issued?
Prices on this page exclude VAT. The 5% is calculated and shown as a separate line at checkout. You receive a proforma invoice first, and the UAE Tax Invoice is issued once the order is paid and packed, not at the moment you order. Add your legal entity name and TRN when ordering so the document supports your input-VAT recovery.
How quickly can a pantry order reach my office?

How do I pay for a bulk pantry order?
Cash on delivery only. There are no card payments, bank transfers or credit terms on this store. The driver collects payment when the goods arrive at the address you gave. Because a sales expert prices and confirms the order first, you know the exact figure, including the 5% VAT line, before the vehicle is loaded and dispatched.
Which coffee format suits an office of 40 people?
Match the coffee to the machine before you match it to the headcount. Bean-to-cup machines take whole beans and grind on demand; filter and drip brewers need coffee ground to the size the machine specifies. Once the format is fixed, the sales desk works the monthly quantity from your headcount and cups per person, then shows you which volume tier that quantity lands in.
Are lids supplied with the paper cups?
Lids are a separate line and are sized to the cup rim diameter, so an 8oz lid does not sit on a 12oz cup. Order cups and lids together and confirm the rim measurement with the sales desk before a large run. If you serve hot machine coffee, ask about double-wall cups or sleeves in the same basket.
