How to order and what to specify
Measure the floorplate before you pick a desk size. A 140x70cm desk needs roughly 100cm of clear space behind it for a chair to move, so a run that fits on the drawing can block a walkway on site. Then decide how power reaches the top: a cable tray carries the loom, but grommet position and whether you use floor boxes or perimeter trunking decides which end the tray belongs at.
For seating, the mechanism matters more than the mesh. Check seat height range, seat depth adjustment, lumbar support and castor type, because hard castors on carpet and soft castors on tile both wear early. Is there a minimum order for office furniture?
Minimums are set per product and shown on each product card, and most furniture lines can be ordered from a single unit. The volume tiers only start working in your favour at fit-out quantities. If you are furnishing a floor, send the desk count, seat count and any storage requirement to the sales desk and ask for a quotation on the whole basket.
When do I receive the tax invoice for a furniture order?
After payment, once the order is packed. Storefront prices exclude VAT; the 5% is added and stated separately, and a proforma invoice reaches you first so finance can release the payment. The UAE Tax Invoice follows when the order is paid and packed, so give the legal entity name and TRN at order stage rather than afterwards.
Do you deliver to the floor and assemble?
We deliver across the UAE, with same-week delivery on stocked lines and same-day options in Dubai. Access decides the plan, so tell the sales desk the floor, the goods lift dimensions and whether a loading bay exists. Assembly and in-room placement are arranged through a licensed provider and must be scoped and priced before the order is confirmed.
Mesh or upholstered task chairs for open-plan floors?
Mesh backs move air and suit warm open-plan floors and long shifts; upholstered backs suit meeting rooms and executive offices where sittings are shorter. Either way, judge the chair on adjustment range, seat height, seat depth, lumbar and armrests, and on castors that match your flooring. Ask the sales desk for the spec sheet of the exact model before a bulk order.
Can you confirm warranty and load rating on a chair?
Ask the sales desk before ordering. Warranty duration, gas lift class and maximum user weight vary by brand and by production batch, so we confirm them against the manufacturer documentation for the exact model being supplied instead of quoting a general figure. For a tender or a compliance-critical specification, request that confirmation in writing with your quotation.
Can I mix desk sizes and chair models in one order?
Yes, and mixed baskets are normal in a fit-out: a run of 140x70cm desks for operations, smaller desks for a hot-desking zone, task chairs for staff and a different model for meeting rooms. List the quantity per model and send it to the sales desk. Each line is priced against its own volume tier and the order travels as one delivery.
