We Supply Your Business

Business Services

Corporate printing services in Dubai, IT setup and support, B2B delivery, office fit-out and maintenance, and facility cleaning, booked as line items with a price on the page the way you buy a product. CoHub arranges every service here through licensed providers: CoHub holds a General Trading licence and does not perform licensed work itself, so the crew that installs your network or maintains your office works under its own trade licence. Listed lines include a corporate printing package, office IT setup with network installation, and same-day B2B delivery in Dubai charged per pallet. Prices are in AED and exclude 5% VAT. A sales expert scopes and prices each booking before confirming it, and payment is cash on delivery.

How to order and what to specify

Read the billing unit before you write the scope. Services here are priced per unit and the unit differs by line: delivery is charged per pallet, network installation per data point and per user, printing per run and per finished piece, cleaning per visit or per square metre. Misreading that unit is the trap in this category, because a per-pallet rate is not a per-consignment rate and a per-point price is not a per-office price.

Then give the site facts that move the number: floor and lift access, working hours and whether the building allows work after hours, the count of users or desks, and any landlord approval already granted. For printing, confirm artwork format, quantity, stock and finish, since a reprint caused by low-resolution artwork becomes a new run. Send the scope to the sales desk for a written quotation before booking. The provider is licensed for the trade, and CoHub remains the merchant of record on your invoice.

Why buy this category from CoHub

Licensed providers, one contract

Each job is carried out by a provider licensed for that trade, while CoHub stays the merchant of record. You raise one purchase order to one supplier and receive one set of documents.

Scoped before booking

A sales expert reads the scope, asks for the site facts that change the number, and fixes the price against the volume tiers before the job is booked. No open-ended charging after the visit.

Proforma, then tax invoice

A proforma invoice comes first so finance can approve the spend. The bilingual UAE Tax Invoice with 5% VAT shown separately follows once the order is paid and processed. Provide your TRN when booking.

Services beside supplies

You can book a maintenance visit and order the desks, PPE or pantry stock for the same site in one basket, from one supplier, delivered and arranged across the seven emirates.

Frequently asked questions

Is there a minimum order for business services?

Minimums are set per service and stated on the line: delivery starts at one pallet, IT setup starts at a defined number of points or users, printing starts at a minimum run. Small one-off jobs are usually possible, but bundled scope is what moves you down the volume tiers. Send the full scope and ask what the minimum is for your case.

How is VAT handled on a service booking?

Prices shown exclude VAT and the 5% is added and displayed separately. You receive a proforma invoice first so finance can approve the spend, and the UAE Tax Invoice is issued once the order is paid and processed, not at the moment of booking. Give the legal entity name and TRN when booking so the document supports input-VAT recovery.

Which emirates do you cover, and how fast?

Services are arranged across the UAE. Same-day B2B delivery is offered in Dubai, and stocked lines ship within the same week elsewhere. Scheduling for on-site work depends on provider availability and access in that emirate, so give the exact address, the building's working hours and an on-site contact when you request the quotation.

Does CoHub carry out the work itself?

No. CoHub holds a General Trading licence and resells services arranged through licensed providers, each licensed for its own trade, whether electrical, IT, cleaning, transport or print. CoHub stays the merchant of record: you buy from CoHub, you pay CoHub on delivery, and CoHub issues the tax invoice. If your job needs specific permits or approvals, raise it before booking.

Can I pay by card or on 30-day credit terms?

No. Payment is cash on delivery only, with no card payments, bank transfers or credit terms. For services that means the agreed amount is collected when the work is delivered or completed on the agreed date. Because a sales expert prices and confirms the scope beforehand, the figure on the proforma invoice is the figure you hand over.

What do you need to quote an IT setup or fit-out?

A scope and the site facts. For an IT setup: number of users, number of data points, whether structured cabling already exists, and where the rack or comms room sits. For a fit-out or maintenance visit: floor area, floor and lift access, working hours and any landlord approval. Photos or a floor plan speed it up. Send it and you get a written quotation.
