How to order and what to specify

For laptops and desktops, fix the CPU generation, RAM and SSD capacity against what the user runs all day; a finance team on large spreadsheets and an engineer on CAD do not buy the same machine. For components, confirm generation and form factor before ordering: DDR5 does not fit a DDR4 board, and laptop SO-DIMM is not desktop DIMM. High-value items such as a laptop or a 24-port switch usually move in low quantities, while cables, mice and small accessories are pack-based. How does VAT work and when do I get the tax invoice?
Prices on this page exclude VAT. The 5% is calculated and shown as a separate line, so you see the net amount and the tax amount before committing. A proforma invoice is issued first for internal approval. The UAE Tax Invoice, carrying our TRN and your company details in English and Arabic, is issued once the order is paid and packed, not at checkout.
Where do you deliver and how quickly?
We deliver across the UAE: Dubai, Abu Dhabi, Sharjah, Ajman, Umm Al Quwain, Ras Al Khaimah and Fujairah. Stocked lines usually move within the same week, and same-day options are available inside Dubai. For a floor of desktops we schedule the drop with your facilities contact, so the boxes arrive when someone is there to check and sign for them.

Do you cover warranty, setup and network installation?
Warranty terms come from the brand and vary by model and batch, so ask the sales desk to confirm the exact coverage on the units you are ordering before committing to a large purchase. Installation, structured cabling and network configuration are arranged through licensed providers, since CoHub holds a General Trading licence and does not carry out licensed technical work itself.
