What is the minimum order for boxes, tape and film?
Minimums are set per line and shown on each product page, usually as a bundle of boxes, a case of tape rolls or a set number of film rolls rather than single pieces. Packaging is consumable stock, so most despatch teams order well above the minimum anyway. If one line falls short, combine it with others and ask the sales desk to price the whole order.
Do prices include VAT, and when is the tax invoice issued?
Prices exclude VAT. The 5% is added and displayed as a separate line so your accounts team sees both the net value and the tax value. A proforma invoice is issued first for approval or a purchase order, and the UAE Tax Invoice carrying our TRN and your company name in English and Arabic is issued after the order has been paid and packed.
Can you deliver pallets to a warehouse outside Dubai?
Yes, we deliver across the UAE, including industrial areas in Sharjah, Ajman, Abu Dhabi, Ras Al Khaimah, Umm Al Quwain and Fujairah. Stocked lines usually go out within the same week, with same-day options inside Dubai. Tell us the loading bay, gate access and receiving hours when you order, so the drop is booked into your window rather than left at a gate.
How do I choose the right carton size?
Measure the product and add clearance for the void fill you use, then match that against the internal dimensions listed, since a 40x30x30cm carton is an internal measurement. Oversized boxes cost more in filler, film and volumetric freight, and undersized boxes split at the seams. If you ship a fixed SKU set, send dimensions and weights and ask which listed size fits.
What does 23 micron mean on stretch film?
Micron is the film thickness. A 23-micron hand roll is a common general-purpose gauge for stable, regular pallets, while heavy, unstable or sharp-edged loads usually need a thicker gauge or more wraps per pallet. Machine film runs on a wrapping machine, comes on longer rolls and uses a different core, so it will not fit a hand dispenser. Confirm gauge, length and core with the sales desk.
Can you supply printed or branded packaging?
Custom printing, die-cutting and branded label runs are arranged through licensed providers, as CoHub holds a General Trading licence and does not print in-house.
